In boys, muscle development and deepening of the voice occur, along with penile erections and increased aggressiveness, while in girls, breast development and menarche may be noted. Patients who are not treated for isosexual precocity will be tall during child- hood, but due to premature epiphysial fusion will reach final heights below those determined by genetic factors in most cases. Only sparse data of untreated patients are available, but a mean final height of 151-152cm has been reported in girls and 161cm in boys with untreated sexual precocity.
